I'd like to set up Autopay (recurring payments)

You can set up autopay in the customer portal by visiting this page and signing in.
1) Go to the Payments tab in the upper menu.
2) Select the Setup AutoPay
3) Specify a bank account you want to use (if you have more than one saved), the amount you would like to pay and the date of the payment.

I'd like to make a payment online

You can make online payments in the customer portal by visiting this page and signing in.
Go to the Payments tab in the upper menu. You can choose to make a payment using your bank account or debit card.

I'd like to make a payment by phone

Our automated system is available 24 hours a day.
By calling 800-317-9240 you will receive a menu providing you with current information regarding your loan. After listening to the information, you may simply press 1 to schedule the payment. You must follow the instructions and press 1 again to confirm the payment details.
